Event Description
We will focus on the importance of walking for wellness. A licensed caregiver (介護福祉士), Mr. Sasaki, will guide us through a period of warm-up, balance and brain exercises that will be intertwined with rest periods. Following this, he will provide members with individual support regarding posture and gait while walking.
This event will be held in Tsukisamu Park
