Event Description
The HMSC Annual Business Meeting (ABM) will be on Saturday, April 20th from 11:00 to 12:00 at the Sapporo International Student Center. The meeting room will open at 10 for those who would like to chat before the meeting starts.
This is a members only event. We will send out the ABM packet of documents to all members as soon as we receive the auditor’s report about two weeks before the meeting date. This packet will include our Annual Activity Plan for 2024-25 and the 2024-25 budget for approval among other things.
Following the meeting those who wish can enjoy lunch together at the nearby restaurant Yeti Kitchen. (https://www.facebook.com/yetikitchen) We can make reservations for 18 so please respond to the email sent out by April 17th. It will be first come, first served.

Summary
This year we held our ABM as a hybrid meeting. Fifteen people could attend in person and five members attended via Zoom. Following the meeting, fourteen members had lunch at nearby Yeti Kitchen and enjoyed talking and laughing together.
